Project description
Without our upgrades the 342-bed acute care non-profit hospital in San Bernardino, CA was vulnerable to energy outages. Endurant Energy’s challenge was to determine the best design option. To maximize the client’s ROI, we used existing infrastructure where possible. Per the hospital’s analysis our system saves them $1.2M a year. Exhaust back pressure was reduced by 75% and emission levels, having been a constant problem, are now consistently low. The system also reduces energy oil consumption by 95% which saves $62.4k annually.
