Reporting to the VP Engineering, the Senior Electrical Engineer will assist in the development of conceptual designs of electrical systems of distributed energy systems as well as oversee the detailed final design of the systems. This includes outlining the most cost-effective technical solution addressing the client specific needs utilizing various distributed energy resource technologies including combined heat & power (CHP), fuel cells, energy storage, solar & geothermal solutions for our customers. The role will be located in either our Anaheim, Chicago, Houston, LA, or NYC offices with potential travel to other offices or project sites across the country.
Reporting to the COO, the Director of Supply Management will be responsible to create leading supply strategies that enable Endurant to deliver best in class solutions to its customers while ensuring successful and profitable project delivery. The role will work closely with the Endurant commercial and technical teams to support the implementation of distributed energy resource solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for further building and optimizing a scalable Procurement / Supply Management function and establishing/enhancing supply strategies as well as organizational, procedural and behavioral best practices and tools. The role will lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management and 3rd party contract management activities for the Endurant business.
Director of Business Development - EPC Services Position Summary Reporting to the COO, the Director of Business Development for EPC Services is responsible for supporting the growth of Endurant Energy’s EPC business which seeks to provide EPC services for various distributed energy resource technologies including combined heat & power (CHP), fuel cells, energy storage, solar & geothermal solutions for our customers. The role will be based in either our Anaheim, Chicago, Houston, LA, or NYC offices with potential travel to other offices or customers across the country. Salary range to be $125,000-$175,000/year.
