MINNEAPOLIS—Feb. 2, 2015—Experienced global sales and marketing executive Michael Holland has joined Endurant as senior vice president customer experience and change master consultant. Holland has 32 years of experience driving sales and revenue of complex technology products and services for Verizon and MCI, with deep global experience in Asia, Latin America and Europe.
Endurant works with a diverse range of companies to quickly and effectively solve problems, maximize new opportunities and provide executive thought leadership to CEOs and other C-level executives. Previously, Holland held increasingly responsible positions at Verizon Communications/Verizon Enterprise Solutions between 1980 and 2013. As vice president of Verizon Enterprise World Accounts, he led a $1 billion business unit that was responsible for worldwide sales and service to Verizon’s largest enterprise customers in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific (APAC). Holland also was responsible for managing the company’s Canadian and Latin American business units, with extensive experience managing large employee groups while he was based in various countries within those business units.
Earlier in his career, Holland worked at MCI Corporation between 1991 and 2005, including serving as vice president/general manager of commercial accounts representing revenue of $334 million.
