About Nick Eian

I co-founded Endurant in 1990 as Jannick Management Systems International or JMCI, with the goal of helping companies master change and improve organizational effectiveness. With more than 20 years of senior executive leadership experience in four world-class companies—Ecolab, Cowles Media Company, Medtronic and Pillsbury—I wanted to leverage my knowledge and help other with the challenges of managing organizational change within large, growing companies.
